1. Storage Instructions:

Please store your knives in a place completely out of the reach of your children.

2. Usage and Maintenance Instructions:

To clean the newly purchased knives, first use a sponge or damp cloth with warm, soapy water. Rinse your knives under running water and be sure to dry them with a dry cloth afterward.

Do not use high-pressure water, high heat, or harsh cleaning chemicals as they can deform the blade and handle. Therefore, we recommend hand-washing your knives instead of using a dishwasher.

Never use your knives for purposes other than their intended use, such as opening cans or bottle caps, removing screws, or piercing hard surfaces.

One of the main causes of deformation on the cutting edge is cutting on a hard surface. We recommend using polyethylene cutting boards. This will not only extend the life of your knives but also provide the highest level of hygiene.

After each use, knives and cutting boards should be cleaned and disinfected.

Before honing with a honing steel, knives should be cleaned. Since honing steels are magnetic, small metal particles on the knife will stick to the steel. After several uses, clean the steel surface using a cloth and warm, soapy water. The honing steel should then be wiped clean and stored dry.

You can place your knives on magnetic holders that can be mounted on the kitchen wall. This will ensure the best storage for your knives.

We recommend not discarding your worn-out knife directly in the trash. Instead, wrap it well in newspaper and dispose of it in metal recycling bins.
