Currently, we only accept cash on delivery for all purchases. This means that you can pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep. We are considering adding card payment options in the future to provide more flexibility for our customers. Thank you for your understanding!

You can return any items purchased from G.Home within 5 days of receiving your order, provided they meet certain conditions.
To replace a product, please provide the following:
- Proof of purchase: This can be your order ID found on your bill or in the confirmation email.
- Reason for the return: We will require a specific reason for the return.
Please remember to contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Not all items come with a warranty. However, we strive to deliver your packages in excellent condition. If you notice any damage or defects, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will address your concerns.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
- Items that are missing their original packaging or have been altered.
- Consumable products that have been opened or used.
- Items with tampered or missing parts.
- Sealed items that require their hygienic level to remain intact from the manufacturer.
- Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of defect, even if they are still within the warranty period.
- Items that have been assembled or installed unless they were defective upon receipt.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), you will not incur any shipping charges. However, if the return is initiated by the customer, shipping fees will be applicable.
You have two options:
- Replace it with any available item on our website and pay the price difference.
- Receive a credit for the amount of the original item to use on future purchases.
